Oak Ridge Living - Sun Prairie
Our Sun Prairie location is an eight bed facility located on the East side of Sun Prairie. Conveniently located a block from the grocery store, gas station, Angel Park Speedway & three blocks away from the Colonial Club, we provide many opportunities to for our residents to get out and explore the community. Our house consists of four bedrooms on either wing of the house with two large shared bathrooms & a communal living room and dining room. The deck off the dining room also offers a refreshing area to get outside and enjoy the sun and local wildlife at our bird feeders. Caring for our fresh garden fruits and vegetables is also a popular past time in the summer months.
Oak Ridge Living in Sun Prairie is a Class C facility with a WI State License focused on caring for those with advanced age, memory impairments & physical disabilities. This location is also able to care for those who are ambulatory, semi-ambulatory or non-ambulatory. With 24-hour awake staff on all shifts throughout the day, this allows us to give optimal care for those that require it and need it.
Meet Trixie!

​We teamed up with a local rescue to participate in an idea called "Senior's for Senior's". Matching senior aged dogs with assisted living communities willing to open their hearts and home. Trixie is a 9 year old black lab who was surrendered in Texas, made the long trip to us and has been a great addition to our Oak Ridge family! She allows our residents to reminisce of the days when they had dogs and pets of their own and encourage exercise and range of motion. She brings smiles to our residents faces and helps make them feel more at home and comfortable. Even more so when they successfully sneak her some table scraps.
Trixie Unfortunately passed away in 2018 and was a huge part of our family. She will very much be missed.
